Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are in Botswana Pula (BWP) and exclude applicable government or third-party fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in advance. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines are a guide only. Delivery may be affected by government processing times, incomplete documentation, or factors outside our control. We will notify you of any known delays.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
